What do I get for free?+

What is the 14-day free trial?+
When you sign up, Pro depth is unlocked for 14 days — no credit card required. After 14 days, you keep the free planning tools plus real Resilience and Historical results; deeper what-if controls, trial drill-down, and guardrail analysis lock until you upgrade.
How does billing work?+
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Yearly plans are charged once per year. Monthly plans are charged monthly. You can switch between plans or cancel at any time from Settings > Billing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
What is PlanPulse?+
PlanPulse is your AI planning companion. It reads your live financial data and answers questions in plain English — it never invents numbers. Free tier includes 10 messages/day. Paid tiers unlock more messages and Deep Scan analysis.
Is my financial data safe?+
Yes. Your data is stored locally first (IndexedDB) and encrypted in transit. We use Supabase with row-level security. We never connect to bank accounts, never sell data, and never show ads.
Can I try the engine without an account?+
Yes. The live demo at runwayfi.app/demo runs the real projection engine on a fictional profile — no account, no email, nothing saved. When you sign up, you start from your own numbers on the Free tier.
What happens if I never pay?+
You keep a working planner. The Free tier is the full core — plan, projection, real tax math, and Resilience — free forever, not a trial. Paid tiers add PlanPulse depth and advanced tools; the comparison table above shows exactly where the line is.
What is the Founding Member price?+
The Founding Member plan is $79/yr, locked for life — your price never rises, even as Pro does. Founding pricing is available to anyone who signs up through June 30, 2027.
